Shrine of Remembrance

Visit the Galleries of Remembrance with special exhibitions and displays illustrating the experiences of Australians at war and in peacekeeping operations, from pre-Federation to the present day. 

Other famous features of the Shrine include the Eternal Flame on the Forecourt and The Man with the Donkey bronze sculpture. Surrounded by 13 hectares of landscaped parkland in Kings Domain, the Shrine provides magnificent, panoramic views of the city.
